| Payment are accepted via Credit Card or PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

Some products occasionally ship direct from manufacturer and may take additional time to be received. Products that are drop shipped direct will have a notation of this on the product page. Please allow additional time for these items to be received, although rare it may take up to 5-10 days more than our standard shipping guidelines.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

AS OF 1/23/2012 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AS WE ARE CLOSING DOWN OUR WEBSITE.
ORDERS PRIOR TO 1/23/2012 ONLY:
Returns must be within 30 days of date ordered, fundraiser orders are for exchange only and must be within 10 days of orders and comply with the following:
1) Original Receipt or Gift Receipt
2) Original documentation,packaging & unopened in sealed packaging
3) All Manufacturer tags & labels intact
4) Item is in brand new, sellable,unused and unwashed
Be sure to try on diapers & garments prior to using, washing & removing tags to insure fit. Items not confirming with the above requirements will not be returned. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of unwanted items. Items purchased and shipped with free shipping then returned will be refunded the product cost less our shipping expense. Returns will be processed within 30 days and refunded in the same way as original payment ie; cash, credit, or gift certificate. Returned gifts with gift receipt will be issued a gift certificate.
If an item received is damaged in shipment, you must notify us within 1 business day from the date of delivery and provide us with your shipping details. We will exchange the item with the same or an equivalent cost replacement item.
To initiate a return you must submit a request for an RMA number in by logging into your account. If you have any questions about our return policy please contact us either by email or phone.
Non-Returnable Products:
Some non-returnable products include food items (Teas), and any products or items not in new original condition, used, washed or missing original packaging, tags; feeding items (Utensils,Bottles), teethers, and accessories such as pacifiers. All clearance items are final sales and are not returnable.
All returns are inspected and subject to "Health and Safety" regulations.

Shipping Charges are based on order total actual charges will be shown during checkout. Varies from $4.95 - $25.95 depending on order total.
We ship only within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will not begin processing until the following business day. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping problems or delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
We ship primarily via U.S. Postal Service (First Class & Priority Mail) for larger orders we do use FedEx(Ground) & UPS (Ground).
We are sorry but we no longer offer FREE LOCAL PICK UP.
APO & P.O. BOX
Generally, we do not ship to APO and P.O. boxes due to guidelines on the shipping carriers we use. Some do not ship to APO or P.O boxes and others that do may cost more to ship. Please contact us prior so we can confirm if we are able to ship, there may be a slightly higher shipping charge.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
If you prefer to have your order expedited please email us your details and we will adjust the shipping charge accordingly. Overnight and 2-Day shipping options are subject to pickup cycles and business day limitations.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
From time to time we may offer free shipping on select products. The free shipping promotion only applies on the particular item and if other items are added to the shopping cart applicable shipping charges for the additional items will be charges.
ORDERS SHIPPED BUT NOT PICKED UP BY CUSTOMER/RECIPIENT
If an order is shipped to a central mail box (as some communities have) or a P.O. Box and not picked and returned to us due to not being picked up. Customer/Recipient will be responsible for actual shipping charges to have order reshipped. We will invoice and once payment is received we will reship. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. California customers will be charged 8.75% sales tax. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |
